  • Workplace Learning (in blocks)

Work Placement (block placements - 4 weeks per year) with choices in:

  • Cafés

  • Restaurants

  • Bakeries

Qualifications:

  • WACE/Secondary Graduation

  • Certificate II Kitchen Operations (SIT20416)

  • Barista Certificate

  • Work Safe Certificates

  • One (1) day on site at Busselton Trade Training Centre Commercial Kitchen and Café

  • Work placement block of four (4) weeks per year
